Guestrooms: Nestled between shady trees and Lake Washington, St. Mary on the Lake sets the scene for relaxing and finding interior peace. To support your retreat experience, we offer clean and simple rooms with a minimal, peaceful design. Here, your mind can be free from distractions as you enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Each guestroom features a convenient handwashing station. Our main residence building offers two spacious shared bathrooms – one featuring a bathtub – that are also accessible to all guests. While every guestroom has a slightly different layout, standard features include a twin bed, rocking chair or armchair, nightstand, desk, closet, and phone as well as complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Most guestrooms also offer a small flat screen television with basic cable. Views vary from partial lake scenery to peaceful interior courtyard landscapes. Please note that, while external building doors do lock at night, our guestrooms’ doors do not have key locks that may allow guests to leave and lock their room behind them. Common Amenities: All accommodations include access to basic residential common areas, such as the Cusack Lounge and Cusack Tea Room, where guests may enjoy the use of a microwave oven, refrigerator, and tea and coffee maker. Bed linens and towels are provided. Please bring your toiletries, including soap, toothpaste, bathrobe, slippers, shower shoes, hairdryer, etc. We also recommend bringing an umbrella and/or sunblock depending on current weather at the time of your stay. Guestrooms are not air conditioned.

The Peace & Spirituality Center operates by appointment only, and my retreat is not finalized until I receive a confirmation from Center staff.
