Solo Day Retreat

Individuals are invited for a quiet, self-directed day of solitude. A private room is reserved for retreatants, who are also welcome to walk the grounds.

The eleven-acre grounds offer a prayer labyrinth, many trails including a Peace Path through the woods, a Meditation Garden, and a dock on Lake Washington. Retreatants may reflect in the chapel and read in the library.

A variety of resources are available for guests, including: yoga equipment, art supplies, singing bowls, a book nook, a white noise machine, and a prayer table.
