Patrick C. Sharkey

Patrick Sharkey is a certified spiritual director and experienced retreat leader dedicated to helping others deepen their relationship with God through prayer, reflection, and attentive listening. He currently serves as Director of Operations for three parishes in western Washington and formerly led the Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center, where he guided countless individuals and groups in their spiritual growth.

Spiritual direction is one of Patrick’s greatest joys. He sees it as a sacred journey—walking alongside others as they learn to recognize the voice of God in their lives and find hope in times of uncertainty. Drawing from his studies in Spiritual Theology at the Avila Institute and his years of ministry and leadership, Patrick brings together the wisdom of Christian spirituality with a practical, down-to-earth approach. His retreats invite participants to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover faith as a steady light through life’s changes.
