Deacon Frank DiGirolamo, Executive Director, Operation Nightwatch

Married since 1993 and ordained in 2012, Deacon Frank has been a volunteer nighttime street minister with Operation Nightwatch since 2013 and stepped into the role of Executive Director in early 2022. With a background spanning both large corporations and small churches, he brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to serving those most in need, in the name of Jesus.

Deacon Frank is devoted to fostering healing and reconciliation through relationships. He is inspired daily by the Volunteers, Donors, Staff, Ministers, and Clients who come together at Operation Nightwatch to create moments of connection, friendship, and hope. As he often says, “We are better together.”
