I acknowledge and agree to the Peace & Spirituality Center's policy requiring all overnight retreatants to submit a copy of a valid, non-expired form of government issued identification. I understand that student IDs, employee badges, and other non-federal forms of identification will not accepted. This policy serves as a security measure to protect the campus staff and resident sisters.

Would you like to reserve St. Mary's Chapel for Mass or a group service? *

We ask a $50 donation for rental of the chapel for group use.
St. Mary's Chapel is generally available 9:00am -10:45am and 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Communion Services *

I understand that groups larger than 10 persons are required to bring their own host. While the sisters are able to share their supplies with smaller groups, the Chapel has limited quantities tailored to suit the needs of the residing sisters.

Setup Team Arrival Time * The Center opens at 8:30am Monday through Saturday.
If this is a multi-day retreat, please list the arrival time for each day.

Cleanup Team Departure Time * Please allow at least 30 minutes after the Event End Time to pack supplies and tidy the meeting space.
The Center closes at 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday.

Is this event on a Saturday? *

Yes

Only one member of staff is in house on Saturdays. In the case of unexpected complications, we want to ensure that your event goes smoothly, even if a staff member cannot be present. Please also note that due to these circumstances, coffee service is not available on Saturdays.

Guests are required to submit a copy of government issued ID. This serves as both a security measure and an assurance to the campus staff and resident sisters of a retreatant's identity. Drivers licenses, state-issued IDs, and passport cards are acceptable forms of identification. Student IDs, employee badges, and other non-federal forms of IDs are not accepted.
