Please use this form to tell us a bit about your group, approximate dates, number of people, and any special needs your group may have.

Day retreats may be booked up to a year in advance. Overnight retreats must be reserved with at least one month's notice. We book overnight retreats up to six months in advance.

Inquiries are reviewed each Wednesday. If you would like your inquiry to be reviewed this week, please submit this form by Tuesday at 4pm.

Overnight Retreat Information

This policy serves as a security measure to protect the campus staff and resident sisters.
As of January 1, 2025, the Center will only be able to accept groups of up to 60 people.
Include number of overnight guests plus commuters, if any.
We are able to accommodate small groups of overnight retreatants of up to 8 guests.
Groups of up to 10 guests may be accommodated by special request.
Please select a time between 1pm and 4pm for your group leader to arrive for check-in.
If you answer yes, it is absolutely fine to later change your mind.
The chapel is part of the Sisters' residence, so we let them know if you may attend so that they can welcome you appropriately.

We ask a $50 donation for rental of the chapel for group use.
St. Mary's Chapel is generally available 9:00am -10:45am and 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
If you will need the use of an oven or stove, please select yes.
All room reservations include the use of an adjoining kitchenette.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Catering Kitchen oven and stovetop are currently out of order until further notice. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Retreat Schedule & Day-Of Contact

The Center opens at 8:30am Monday through Thursday and at 9:00am on Friday and Saturday.
If this is a multi-day retreat, please list the arrival time for each day.
If this is a multi-day retreat, please list the event start time for each day.
If this is a multi-day retreat, please list the event end time for each day.
Please allow at least 30 minutes after the Event End Time to pack supplies and tidy the meeting space.
The Center closes at 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and at 4:00pm on Friday and Saturday.
If this is a multi-day retreat, please list the departure time for each day.

Setup Details

You may revise these answers as your retreat approaches.
We offer morning coffee service for $30 per ten people.
Please note that the Peace & Spirituality Center is several flights of stairs below our guest parking lot.
We have up to three ADA accessible spots in front of the Center pending availability.
The Dining Room will be set with tables and chairs unless a special setup is requested.
Please describe any special needs your group has.
If you will be serving alcohol to your guests, please obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board at this link.
