Join us for this free, beginner-friendly space of gentle flows and contemplation. Each session explores themes like oneness, loving-kindness, and presence. Rooted in ancient traditions, this practice connects body, mind, and spirit, fostering a sense of connection to self, community, and the world around us.

As Joanna Macy said, “There is no healing or transformation without connection.” Through breath, movement, and reflection, yoga guides us toward inner peace, which naturally extends into our relationships and the world.

Guided by certified instructor Zoya Kobets, the practice includes meditation and movement, focusing on interdependence, compassion, and the present moment.

Yoga for Peacemaking meets on two Thursdays of each month from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, yoga block, and yoga strap with you if possible. While we do have some equipment available onsite, the quantity is limited.

Note: Yoga for Peacemaking is part of our Evenings of Peace and Reflection. You are welcome to stay afterward for Contemplative Prayer, an hour of silent meditation that complements the inner peace cultivated during yoga.
