With Anne Kertz Kernion
June 6, 2026
How can we feel the rapture of being alive, more connected to others, happier and healthier?
Through multimedia presentations based on insights from neuroscience, psychology and ancient spiritual practices, we find avenues to health that can improve our lives in remarkable ways. We will explore the different aspects that contribute to health and well-being: physical, mental, cognitive, and spiritual, while considering how these dimensions interconnect and influence each other.
We’ll discover real-world strategies to improve our relationships, our mental and cognitive health, and our physical wellbeing, while offering methods to navigate challenges and build resilience. Join us for a day or weekend of inspiration!
As part of our Disarming Our Hearts: Becoming Peace series, this session will his session will connect the work of personal wholeness with the broader call to disarm our hearts and become instruments of peace.
What To Bring: You’re welcome to bring a sack lunch, or enjoy a light lunch provided at the Center.
We suggest a donation of $20 to help support this program and others like it. That said, please contribute whatever feels right for you—more if you’re able, or less if that’s what works.
