Peace Day for Women: Releasing and Receiving: Embracing the Gifts of Transition
With Beth Light, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC, NC-BC
December 18, 2024
Join us this December for a transformative day within the nurturing embrace of a healing circle. In a time of constant change, this sanctuary offers connection, support, and renewal. Together, we’ll explore letting go of what no longer serves us and opening our hearts to the possibilities ahead.
The day includes an introduction to healing circles, rituals of reflection, meditation, poetry, journaling, mindful movement, and quiet walking. After a shared lunch, we’ll deepen our sharing and conclude with a closing ritual to celebrate the collective wisdom we’ve built. Open to all seeking connection, healing, and a compassionate space to welcome the new year.
Peace Day for Women is a half-day retreat program designed for women who seek to deepen their spiritual lives in the company of others. Each retreat offers a blend of teaching, silent reflection, and group sharing, providing a nurturing space for spiritual growth and connection. Stay tuned to learn about our December speaker!
Spiritual direction will also be available throughout the day for those seeking deeper personal reflection, with 25-minute sessions offered at 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. We hope you can join us for this unique opportunity to explore the power of nonviolence and its potential for creating lasting change in our lives and communities. Please remember to bring a sack lunch.
Please note: Peace Day for Women sessions will be livestreamed, but not available via Zoom.
