Our bodies change as we move through midlife and beyond. We may notice that certain movements feel different, wonder whether we are losing strength or mobility, or simply become more aware that caring for our bodies now may look different than it did years ago.

But how do we know what our bodies need, what our current limitations may be, and how we can continue moving with greater confidence?

This half-day workshop invites adults in midlife and beyond to better understand their bodies through gentle guided movement and simple functional assessments. Participants will have an opportunity to explore their current mobility, recognize areas that may need greater attention, and gain practical insight into caring for their physical health as they continue to age.

The session will conclude with a short, accessible mobility practice and practical tools participants can continue using at home, supporting movement forward with greater awareness, confidence, and respect for the body God has entrusted to them.

No particular level of fitness or previous movement experience is required. This workshop is about understanding and caring for the body you have today—not about keeping up, performing, or proving what your body can do.
