This half-day workshop invites adults in midlife and beyond to deepen their understanding of their bodies as good gifts from God, while also gaining clarity about physical limitations that may emerge over time. Through gentle guided movement and simple functional assessments, participants will develop greater awareness of their mobility, along with increased confidence and insight into their current physical health.

The workshop is led by Ryan Hill, PT, DPT, a licensed physical therapist whose work integrates clinical expertise with a spiritual understanding of the human person. Drawing on both professional experience and Theology of the Body, Ryan invites participants to approach movement not as something to conquer or fix, but as a way of listening to and caring for the body as a good gift from God.

The session will conclude with a short, accessible mobility session that offers practical tools participants can take with them—supporting movement forward with wisdom, hope, and respect for the body God has entrusted to them.

Who this workshop is for: Adults in midlife and beyond. All abilities are welcome.
