Each Thursday at 7:00 p.m., and on the second Saturday of each month from 9:00–11:30 a.m., people of all levels of experience gather for a time of stillness, reflection, and silent meditation. Whether meditation has been part of your life for years or you are simply curious and would like to begin, you are welcome.
Rooted in Christian mysticism and Zen meditation, these gatherings invite us to slow down, become still, and settle more deeply into the ground of our being. Our time together includes a reflection, chants, silent meditation, and walking meditation.
Saturday gatherings are held in person only in St. Mary’s Chapel and include a break to walk and enjoy the grounds. There is no cost to participate, and all are welcome.
